the homestead
These are our fully livable tiny home and park model units. All models will have a full bath, kitchen, and living area. All Homestead units are over 20ft in length and plumbed and wired like a stick built home. Electrical and septic connection is just like an RV connection. Please reach out for custom designs to suite your tiny home needs.
the frontier
The Frontier is our 16ft suite with full bath and living area for a queen bed and 4ft bar top space. This unit is perfect for hospitality brands that need small suites for their overnight guests. Their small footprint allow them to be placed in unique areas. The Frontier does require water and septic connection since it does have a full bath.
the scout
The Scout unit is our dry camper build. No water or septic connection, just electrical connection and optional solar for off grid use. Perfect for properties that need more accommodations without running water. In most cases, a permit is not needed since the unit is under 120sqft and has no water connection. Solar can be added to make completely off grid. Pair these units with our bathhouse builds for your glamp site.
the outpost
Our Outpost model is our signature design. The classic A-frame style is perfect for your off grid property or growing camp site. The A-frame is a dry cabin with only option for electrical hookup or solar. Dimensions are 14' x 8'4" making it a small footprint for your property. Choose between two different types of walls for a more dramatic A frame look.
the Bathhouse
Our bathhouse units are perfect for campgrounds, venues, and private residences. It can be any combination of toilet and shower stall or outdoor communal wash station. Let us know what we can customize for you.
