Little America Homes was founded by two brothers from Southern California on a simple idea: the best spaces don't have to be the biggest. Whether you need one unit or a full site of them, our focus stays the same from the first sketch to the final delivery: quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and a seamless building experience. Share some details with us. What type of property is it, and how many units are you planning? Do they need to be on wheels or on a metal frame? How soon do you need your build?

Come visit our shop
Stop by our shop in Temecula and see what we're currently building. We can also point you to properties where our units are already installed and hosting guests.
STEP 03
permit or ansi certification
Before we start, we'll determine whether your units need ANSI certification, which many RV parks, lenders, and insurers require. If so, we schedule and complete the virtual inspections during every phase of the build. The ANSI certification fee is separate from our scope of work.
STEP 04
financing
We offer financing through a trusted partner in the glamping industry, for a single unit or a multi-unit project.
Shipping and transit
We arrange delivery throughout the continental United States through our licensed transportation partners, including coordinated delivery of multiple units to one site. Before anything ships, we test every utility to make sure it all works properly. We recommend having a team ready to place and level the units when they arrive.
